Mencoder Error or Conversion Failed

Solution Most files work fine in Easy Web Video but for some reason some specific files can cause a problem. It could be the format or a codec used, etc.

We suggest converting your original file to .mpeg2 then use Easy Web Video to convert this .mpeg2 file to flash. You can save your video file as .mpeg2 if you have software which does this. If you do not, here are two free conversion tools to convert to .mpeg2:
