How to reach us by phone
Solution
We only offer product support via this Helpdesk and via email, however if you must reach us by phone we can be reached at 613-252-5404. You will need to leave a message and someone will get back to you.
But again, we cannot handle product support via telephone for various reasons and this helpdesk is the best way to reach us.
